Environmental essences are unusual and often offer unexpected magical effects. What is in the essence is more than what the essence maker is fully aware of: it is the energy of the animal that was invited to partake in the making of the medicine, and it is the energy of the place, the energy of the ecosystem, and energy of the time of year the essence was made in.
This essence was made when a flock of wild turkeys visited our garden in the fall to help us take advantage of all the seeds our herbs and flowering plants made at the end of summer. A bowl of spring water was placed near them so the water would infuse with their calm, steady, grounded energy.
Feeling flighty, restless, anxious, fidgety, worried, frazzled, depressed, or hopeless; a history of damage by shamanic rituals; egocentric, neurotic tendencies.
Ava sought an opportunity to make an essence with the local wild turkeys as she finds their energy profoundly calming and grounding, with the power to reset the aura and the emotional body of a person who has been through an upsetting or disturbing experience with a shaman, or someone who calls themselves one.
We also highly recommend the wild turkey essence for chronic or deep depressive states or depression coupled with anxiety.
The turkeys' down-to-earth energy and their attentiveness to every family member in the flock are a perfect counter to neurosis and narcissism.
