Strength in Hardship Essence Blend

Sold out

This is an essence blend for the person who is suddenly facing or experiencing a trying situation, such as a hospital stay, relationship dissolution, or divorce, and who knows what needs to be done, but would like to feel strong, steady, assertive, and calm throughout the process.

Preparing for a challenging life situation or transition, going through a difficult period in life, lacking confidence or experiencing anxiety in a wide range of settings, seeking to thrive through a self-imposed challenge.

Emotional and spiritual effects

Wild knapweed is a fascinating plant with an energy of adaptation to a harsh environment. Knapweed helps us see hidden opportunities to better ourselves, and maybe even resort to cleverness or cunning (without causing harm) to survive and achieve our goals despite obstacles. Silvery lupine helps us align with our ancestors and see ourselves as part of the circle of life. Wild rose is a classic flower essence for times of sadness or difficulty, and red clover helps us remain cool in a heated or unstable situation.

Ava added horse chestnut flower essence for a dose of masculine might and strength, and swamp onion to help us learn that tears, intensity, and joy can happen all in one. Tiger's eye gem essence helps us tame the tiger within, so we remain the masters of our emotions at all times.

This mist helped me overcome, endure; supported me and gave me courage during [a] difficult time, as if she was whispering to me, “it’s okay, you’ve come to the end, now look ahead.” At each anxious moment, a spray of this mist helps me to let go…it brings back to life the warrior that I am… it brings me back to my essentials, it instills me with courage, and above all it makes me more confident.

Shake the bottle before each use. Take 3 drops at a time onto the tongue or mixed with water 3–4 times a day, between meals and not with coffee.

If using a mist, shake the bottle and spray above your head or around a space of your choice two times a day, or more often if desired.

Store away from sun exposure, excessive heat or cold, electronics, and strong scents.

Water, gluten-free brandy (from grapes; a preservative), infusion of wild-grown spotted knapweed (Centaurea maculosa), wild-grown Wood's rose (Rosa woodsii), wild-grown silvery lupine (Lupinus argenteus), wild-grown red clover (Trifolium pratense), wild-grown horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum), wild-grown swamp onion (Allium validum), tiger's eye, and onyx. Alcohol 22% by volume.

The scented version of the aura mist includes, in addition to the above ingredients, a certified organic or sustainably wildcrafted black spruce (Picea mariana) essential oil and certified organic silver pine (Pinus silvestris) and white pine (Pinus strobus) essential oils.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy.
