The nettle is a revered plant in many herbal traditions, including Eastern European and Western herbalism. Some herbalists consider nettle tea or tincture a single "super supplement," providing the body with a plethora of vitamins, minerals, and other phytonutrients and negating the need for any multivitamin tablets or capsules.
The flower essence reveals additional properties of this plant in clinical practice, including its rejuvenative and reinvigorating effects on brain function and the nervous system.
Mental sluggishness, poor or declining memory, difficulty concentrating on study or mental work, difficulty studying for exams, brain fog, cognitive issues.
The nettle flower essence excels in its influence on the nervous system. Flower essence practitioners use it with autism, Alzheimer's, dementia, cognitive issues, memory problems, and mental developmental delays. A great essence for people who have trouble concentrating due to mental fog or who have a need for sharp focus and concentration to succeed in their school work or professional career.
The nettle flower essence is recommended for malnourished, underweight, or convalescing individuals, both children and adults. It is also useful for skin rashes whose appearance resembles the effect of getting stung by nettles, and for pain associated with arthritis or rheumatism.
Initially inspired by the research of the late Steve Johnson of Alaskan Essences, and by David Dalton's work.
