This is an environmental essence made in the spring in a hidden meadow that few people know about and frequent. Ava chose a hot and very sunny day in the spring when several wildflowers bloomed at once, and this meadow seemed at a peak in its energy and color. The following flowers bloomed then and were all infused together in one vessel: white yarrow, silvery lupine, wild rose, wild strawberry, blue cornflower, coral bells, and purple vetch.
To reconnect with spring nature's energies: optimism, a fresh outlook, a readiness to step into the new; also excellent for times of growth spurts (physical, emotional, or spiritual).
The feeling of sitting in the grass surrounded by flowering lupines, yarrow, and wild strawberries is a remedy for today's times when fewer and fewer of us are lucky enough to have access to forests and forest clearings away from car noises and strangers. In such a setting, our nervous system relaxes deeply and the many things that were on our mind, the many things we typically complain about or get upset about, seem to fade away. The energy of nature is such that it creates a shift in perspective; it steers us toward the positive, and it helps us slow down to achieve a deeper rest and reflection. Our intention with this essence was exactly that, to bring a flowering spring meadow to you in a drop form. It may sound silly, but try it.
Shake the bottle before each use. Take 3 drops at a time onto the tongue or mixed with water 3–4 times a day, between meals and not with coffee.
If using a mist, shake the bottle and spray above your head or around a space of your choice two times a day, or more often if desired.
Store away from sun exposure, excessive heat or cold, electronics, and strong scents.
Water, gluten-free brandy (from grapes; a preservative), infusion of wild-grown white yarrow (Achillea millefolium), wild-grown silvery lupine (Lupinus argenteus), wild-grown wild rose (Rosa woodsii), wild-grown wild strawberry (Fragaria virginiana), wild-grown blue cornflower (Centaurea cyanus), wild-grown coral bells (Elmera racemosa), and wild-grown purple vetch (Vicia villosa).
