Pacific Northwest Essences

Pillow of Flowers Essence Blend

Pacific Northwest Essences

Pillow of Flowers Essence Blend

$24.00

Pillow of Flowers is our essence blend for peaceful, deep, uninterrupted sleep. We included chamomile, a classic choice to relax the mind and calm agitation, plus morning glory, calendula, and chamomile flower essences, all of which help us tune into nature's cycles of movement from daytime activity to nighttime rest. The blend's two gem essences, angelite and black tourmaline, can help us let go of worry and stress.

Indications

Trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, trouble winding down in the evenings, shallow sleep, excessive dreaming.

Emotional and spiritual effects

Chamomile is a deeply relaxing herb when used as tea or an extract, and chamomile flower essence has some of the same properties, plus additional ones: chamomile helps us reconnect with the child within each of us. Calendula and wild daisy reteach us to open to the day and stop doing in the evenings, while morning glory helps us realign with a healthy 24-hour circadian rhythm. Blue vervain is a classic choice for the driven person who needs help slowing down and allow themselves rest times. Angelite promotes relaxation of the intellect and helps us maintain a distance from our ego, and black tourmaline detoxifies and grounds us.

Directions

Shake the bottle before each use. Take 3 drops at a time onto the tongue or mixed with water 3–4 times a day, between meals and not with herbs or coffee.

If using a mist, shake the bottle and spray above your head or around a space of your choice two times a day, or more often if desired.

Store away from sun exposure, excessive heat or cold, electronics, and strong scents.

Ingredients

Water, gluten-free brandy (from grapes; a preservative), infusion of wild white morning glory (Convolvulus arvensis), organic chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), organic calendula (Calendula officinalis), wild wild daisy (Erigeron compositus), organic blue vervain (Verbena hastata), angelite, and black tourmaline. Alcohol 22% by volume.

Cautions

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy.

Love this!

I tried Pillow of Flowers because I was having trouble sleeping and was desperate for help. It really works! It doesn’t knock me out or make me drowsy like melatonin, but it helps me rest. I don’t know how, but it does - like magic (or Nature).

Oh to sleep

I can't believe how well and fast this essence works after taking it for two weeks. I have had trouble sleeping for years due to anxiety and chronic pain. I can't say this essence has take all that away (at least for now) but I fall asleep quickly and much calmer than I used to. I wake up less anxious too. Thank you Ava!

Kept calm and carried on

I also got this in the limited discovery box from Beauty Heroes. I enjoy the flavor but I like herbal things and brandy. I did not notice any significant difference in my sleep, but I used it throughout early November during election craziness and switching to a new job, and I did notice that I did not feel as anxious or "stressed out" as I would have expected to. I felt calmer and more grounded. I will continue to use this up and will definitely consider trying other blends.

Slept like a baby

I received this in the limited discovery box from Beauty Heroes. I tried it last night, and although the taste is less than desirable, the product works wonders. I have been having such a hard time sleeping lately. Trying CBD/THC edibles, which help me go to sleep and sleep great for a few hours, I always end up waking up much earlier than I need to and feeling a bit groggy. I used less than suggested, as I wanted to make sure my body handled it well, but I fell asleep and didn't wake up until the sun was up. I got a great, uninterrupted 8 hours of sleep last night. Definitely my new go to.
