Pillow of Flowers is our essence blend for peaceful, deep, uninterrupted sleep. We included chamomile, a classic choice to relax the mind and calm agitation, plus morning glory, calendula, and chamomile flower essences, all of which help us tune into nature's cycles of movement from daytime activity to nighttime rest. The blend's two gem essences, angelite and black tourmaline, can help us let go of worry and stress.
Trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, trouble winding down in the evenings, shallow sleep, excessive dreaming.
Chamomile is a deeply relaxing herb when used as tea or an extract, and chamomile flower essence has some of the same properties, plus additional ones: chamomile helps us reconnect with the child within each of us. Calendula and wild daisy reteach us to open to the day and stop doing in the evenings, while morning glory helps us realign with a healthy 24-hour circadian rhythm. Blue vervain is a classic choice for the driven person who needs help slowing down and allow themselves rest times. Angelite promotes relaxation of the intellect and helps us maintain a distance from our ego, and black tourmaline detoxifies and grounds us.
This mixture of essences was, for me, truly a pillow of flowers...this elixir has helped me to sleep without having a thousand things on my mind at night keeping me awake. I was incredibly relaxed, my mind at ease.-Stephanie

I received this in a limited edition sleep discovery from Beauty Heroes. I am a long time fan of Ava's magical skin potions and had yet to try any of her essense tinctures so I was very excited to receive it in the discovery! And I can't even express how much it was needed. It was and still is my favorite product in the discovery. I feel like it has started to help get my circadian rhythm back to normal and that going to sleep has been a less anxiety producing process for me. I started it at once a day but have worked up to 4 times a day and feel like that is perfect. I take it in the morning, mid-day, as soon as I get home from work and then about 45 minutes before bed. I don't experience any groghiness and actually have found it easier to wake up. The gentleness of the essence feel like it is what makes it work so well for me. It is quiet and unobtrusive. It doesn't make me feel weird or sedated. Since it is not forceful, my body does not resist against it. It makes me feel gently at ease which in turn makes me more relaxed and less anxious at bedtime. Thank you!!
I tried Pillow of Flowers because I was having trouble sleeping and was desperate for help. It really works! It doesn’t knock me out or make me drowsy like melatonin, but it helps me rest. I don’t know how, but it does - like magic (or Nature).
I can't believe how well and fast this essence works after taking it for two weeks. I have had trouble sleeping for years due to anxiety and chronic pain. I can't say this essence has take all that away (at least for now) but I fall asleep quickly and much calmer than I used to. I wake up less anxious too. Thank you Ava!
Love this product! It takes a bit for me to sleep soundly, but this Pillow of Flowers Essence Blend does the trick. Always by my bedside.
I also got this in the limited discovery box from Beauty Heroes. I enjoy the flavor but I like herbal things and brandy. I did not notice any significant difference in my sleep, but I used it throughout early November during election craziness and switching to a new job, and I did notice that I did not feel as anxious or "stressed out" as I would have expected to. I felt calmer and more grounded. I will continue to use this up and will definitely consider trying other blends.
