Lichen and Mosses Environmental Aura Mist

The majority of the mosses and lichens in this blend live together on the rock wall where this essence was made, and a few come from the surrounding ponderosa pine forest. They were never planted there but grew on their own, and they are fed naturally by the rains, sunshine, and moonlight. The wide range of species thriving on this wall with an energy of peaceful coexistence, even though the different organisms touch one another and even overlap, points to the key benefits of this essence blend: to help us humans find our place of peace and thrive in the contemporary world, where crowds and limited personal space are a frequent occurrence.

This blend of lichens and mosses was infused under the sun in spring during a rainy period when the moss and lichen were reproducing. Small pieces of the different species were floated on fresh water in a Moroccan quartz crystal geode.

Indications

On a physical level: health conditions that are worse in damp weather, including allergies, rheumatism, gout, and fungal infections. This blend is also highly valuable for plane travel, where we spend long periods of time with strangers in close physical proximity to us.

We also recommend this blend for environmental allergies that worsen at the time when mosses flourish—usually during spring and fall weather with rain and lingering dampness—and for people with a tendency toward dampness as defined by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Candida overgrowth, chronic or recurrent fungal infections, and dandruff are other indications for this essence.

Directions

Shake the bottle and spray above your head or around a space of your choice two times a day, or more often if desired.

Water, gluten-free brandy (from grapes; a preservative), infusion of wild-grown oakmoss lichen (Evernia prunastri), wild-grown usnea lichen (Usnea barbata), wild-grown shield lichen (Parmelia sulcata), wild-grown mottled-disk lichen (Trapeliopsis glaucopholis), wild-grown trumpet lichen (Cladonia fimbriata), wild-grown wolf lichen (Letharia vulpina), wild-grown silky wall feather-moss (Homalothecium sericeum), wild-grown grimmia moss (Grimmia longirostris), and wild-grown star moss (Syntrichia ruralis). Alcohol 22% by volume.

The scented version of the aura mist includes, in addition to the above ingredients, weeping cypress (Cupressus funebris)†, Himalayan cedar (Cedrus deodara)†, and German chamomile (Matricaria chamomila)* essential oils.
