Dandelions are those ubiquitous wildflowers that most people notice, remember, and enjoy. The flowers have a perfect symmetry to them that makes them look like small suns, the narrow petals like the sun's rays. The seed puffs are beloved by children, who just can't keep their hands off them, but have to pick them and blow. This essence is handmade by our herbalist, Ava Zhan.
Chronic fatigue, tendency toward anemia, physical weakness, poor stamina, sluggish digestion, feeling worried, disorganized, or scattered.
We use dandelion flower essence in situations pointing to a weaker third chakra (solar plexus region). This essence is particularly helpful for children and adults who have a low appetite, are picky eaters, crave sweets, and are on the weak side physically, and who at the same time are often worried, indecisive, too quick to want to please others, or lacking in self-confidence.
We also recommend this flower essence for anyone who would like to strengthen their individuality: Maybe after years and years of focusing on the well-being of other family members, finally it is the right time for some selfishness without guilt, for pursuing a college degree or developing as an artist, for example. The dandelion flower essence increases stamina, clarity, and focus, and encourages a healthy embrace of one's needs and wants as an individual.
Ava uses the dandelion essence in her herbal practice with anemia, chronic fatigue, poor digestion, low appetite, physical weakness, and low immunity. This flower essence has a special affinity with children, but we also particularly recommend it for women during the postpartum period and when breastfeeding.
