Ava created this essence from the ubiquitous meadow flower that most often comes in a bold blue color, but sometimes in pink, purple, or peach. It is a flower of social ease, seeing, and communication.
Lack of confidence in children and adults; social anxiety; feelings of shame, embarrassment, inadequacy, and unattractiveness.
Blue cornflower essence strengthens feelings of individuality, and helps to diminish feelings of shame about one's body. It can help a person to see him or herself as beautiful, and thereby decreases social anxiety that is rooted in feeling ugly, feeling different, or feeling alienated. The essence leads to a sense of ease in being with others, and in this way invites more intimacy and friendship into one's life.
Many children adore blue cornflowers, and this essence is highly suitable for children—especially the more sensitive ones who would like to feel more comfortable and more confident in school or at a playground, and who could use more courage to engage with others and make new friends.
Cornflowers are used by herbalists for eye problems (along with wild rose). It is an interesting correlation since the eyes are positioned on the head on both sides of the third eye chakra (the sixth chakra), the chakra of insight and seeing deeper. People who suffer from shortsightedness or cataracts will often be strongly drawn to cornflowers (and to roses).
Shake the bottle before each use. Take 3 drops at a time onto the tongue or mixed with water 3–4 times a day, between meals and not with coffee.
