Cleanse by Fire Essence Blend

When people first become drawn to essences, they often seek cleansing. It is an instinctual call to remove from the aura any energies that are stuck, stagnant, or unhealthy, which may be felt as constant exhaustion, repetitive upsetting or sad dreams, or intrusive, repetitive unhappy thoughts. From the point of view of energy healing, the cleansing may be approached in more than one way. This blend cleanses with energetic fire. It is a forceful type of cleanse (compared with cleansing by water, for example) that is called for when there is a more acute upset, maybe after a recent encounter with a threatening, violent, or ill-wishing individual. The fire energy of the negative force that affected us is best met with a knight's-sword type of essence.

Difficulty shaking off an upsetting encounter or event, feeling tarnished or weighted down by trauma of a disturbing or violent nature.

Emotional and spiritual effects

Bold red poppy essence is for burning down the past and starting anew, and bold orange nasturtium contributes more fire energy to expel negative memories and provide the energy to move forward. Witch hazel essence helps us get rid of phobias and serves as the good witch when needed. Obsidian guides us to find tremendous power within ourselves to overcome fear and fight back, while smoky quartz grounds us and calms jitters, and black tourmaline detoxifies the aura.

Directions

Shake the bottle before each use. Take 3 drops at a time onto the tongue or mixed with water 3–4 times a day, between meals and not with coffee.

If using a mist, shake the bottle and spray above your head or around a space of your choice two times a day, or more often if desired.

Store away from sun exposure, excessive heat or cold, electronics, and strong scents.

Water, gluten-free brandy (from grapes; a preservative), infusion of wild red poppy (Papaver rhoeas), organic orange nasturtium (Tropaeolum majus), organic witch hazel (Hamamelis x intermedia 'Sunburst'), smoky quartz, obsidian, and black tourmaline. Alcohol 22% by volume.
