This person may have focused for a long time on financial needs or educational goals and is now ready to allow feeling, emotions, and imperfection back into their life, both in themselves and in others.

Emotional and spiritual effects

This blend aims to help us focus our attention on matters of the heart and spirit. The marshmallow flower essence fosters softening in the fourth chakra, enabling a more forgiving and indulgent attitude toward our fellow human beings. The humble pineapple herb encourages attentive listening, while chamomile deeply relaxes and brings out a childlike perspective of wonder and trust. The swamp onion essence releases old hurts and makes it easier to forgive, and Solomon seal promotes flexibility of heart and mind. The Norway spruce helps release trauma and fears around love, and rose quartz helps us find love for and patience with ourselves.

Directions

Shake the bottle before each use. Take 3 drops at a time onto the tongue or mixed with water 3–4 times a day, between meals and not with coffee.

If using a mist, shake the bottle and spray above your head or around a space of your choice two times a day, or more often if desired.

Store away from sun exposure, excessive heat or cold, electronics, and strong scents.

Ingredients

Water, gluten-free brandy (from grapes; a preservative), infusion of organic marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), organic Solomon seal (Polygonatum biflorum), wild pineapple herb (Matricaria discoidea), organic chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), wild swamp onion (Allium validum), wild Norway spruce (Picea abies), and rose quartz. Alcohol 22% by volume.
