This blend of flower essences focuses on strengthening the immune function and adrenals so that the body can handle the intensity of pollen in the air during spring and summer months. The cooling essences of purple deadnettle and horehound relieve the unpleasant symptoms of excess heat that often accompany allergies: The heat may manifest itself in reddened eyes, high eye sensitivity to sunlight, and a hot and drained feeling, as well as sometimes in headaches or migraines.
Hay fever, spring allergies, outdoor allergies, grass allergies, and any environmental allergies with symptoms of heat (reddened or teary eyes, feeling hot, migraines or headaches).
This blend works on the physical body to strengthen immunity and clear toxic heat. Sitka spruce strengthens the adrenals (first chakra), purple deadnettle balances the kidney function and helps us handle mold and natural fungus in the environment (second chakra), echinacea works on the core and strengthens the immune function (third chakra), and horehound and Oregon grape detox the liver (fourth chakra). This broad approach to addressing immunity allows many people to feel healthy and clear-headed outdoors and indoors during the plant blooming periods when they might otherwise feel drained, exhausted, or sick.

I generally favor drinking rooibos tea to combat my mild allergies, so an essence seemed like another good option. I’m happy to say that this works well for me. On my sneezy days, I take a few drops periodically, and my sneezing and congestion are held at bay.
