Ponderosa Pine Flower Essence

Ponderosa pine has an irresistibly complex, soothing, coniferous scent—soft, piney, green, reminiscent of a rain-soaked forest, with a unique element of anise. It has a strong grandmotherly, protective, forgiving female energy that benefits both women and men. This essence was handmade by our herbalist, Ava Zhan. 

Indications

Guilt, shame, being too hard on oneself, perfectionism; mother's guilt over never being "enough" for her children.

Emotional and spiritual effects

This is an important essence for emotional and spiritual support. The wise, peaceful, reassuring energy of the ponderosa pine is reflective of a motherly or grandmotherly energy, and may help with a mother's feelings of guilt over not being or doing enough for her children.

For everyone, not just mothers or women, the soothing, accepting energy of this pine heals emotional wounds from childhoods that may have lacked a mother's warmth or affection or lacked a caring, positive, accepting "mothering" influence.  

And for perfectionists, both men and women, who are too hard on themselves, this essence may help dispel feelings of self-reproach and provide reassurance and a feeling of self-love.

Directions

Shake the bottle before each use. Take 3 drops at a time onto the tongue or mixed with water 3–4 times a day, between meals and not with coffee.

Store away from sun exposure, excessive heat or cold, electronics, and strong scents. 

Ingredients

Water, gluten-free brandy (from grapes; a preservative), infusion of wild-grown ponderosa pine (Pinus ponderosa). Alcohol 22% by volume.
