Morning glory is a vine plant, and the flowers come in a range of colors. Here in the Pacific Northwest, we have a few varieties that are native, and at least one that is an escapist from gardens. They are delicate flowers whose petals are thin and almost translucent. This essence was made by hand by our herbalist, Ava Zhan.
Sleep problems, difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, difficulty rising in the morning, tendency toward being a night owl.
The white morning glory flower essence is particularly recommended for both adults and children whose sleep cycle is off; for example, those who want to be up late into the night and then sleep all day but need to adjust to a more traditional sleep schedule. For people whose minds are overactive in the evening, with new ideas flowing and flowing, consider taking the morning glory essence alongside chamomile flower essence (especially for children, or adults with a tendency toward headaches later in the day and with very stressful lives), or alongside blue vervain flower essence or blue vervain herbal tincture (particularly beneficial for overly driven or overcommitted adults; adults should also drastically reduce coffee intake after 12 pm).
Ava's work with morning glory was initially inspired by the teachings of David Dalton.
